Helping People
Looking at our nation (Nigeria) today, it seems that we have lost our value of helping people or others. Our society was built as community based societies, where everyone is the brother’s keepers. This is the bases of our extended family system where everyone helps each other. However, there are still many good that can be gotten from helping others; some of them are presented below:
- One can get what he/she wants in life by helping others to get what they want;
- There are many good opportunities surrounding helping people. Accepting the challenge of helping people might expose you to the golden opportunities you are looking for;
- One way to influence others is by helping them;
- One does not need to cheat others to make it in life, you will be making life more better for yourself and others by helping one another;
- One’s destiny can only be impactful by helping others.
God is love and we are made in HIS image to love. Central to love is kindness that is best manifested by providing help. Thus we are created to help one another.
Everybody needs help at one point of the other because we all have strength and weaknesses. So let us begin to help each other’s weaknesses and build a strong and solid human race.
This is the right thing to do.
